What is Bodywork?
Bodywork works on the emotional, mental and spiritual levels as well as the physical to restore optimum wellbeing and balance using energetic principles. Modalities range from acupuncture to reiki to reflexology to various forms of massage.
I am a Certified Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner. Jin Shin Jyutsu® Physio-Philosophy is an ancient healing art that facilitates physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing by harmonizing the energy in the body. This simple non-invasive healing art uses light touch on up to 26 key energy centers of the body and can support the healing of any ailments, aches and pains, emotional and spiritual discomforts. Jin Shin Jyutsu reduces the effects of stress, induces relaxation, boosts the body’s immune system, and assists our innate healing capacity.
Jin Shin Jyutsu can also support creating and sustaining healthy relationships, maintaining focus on life goals, help you to live a life that is reflective of your essential self, facilitating clarity in life decisions, and increase self-confidence, to name but a few of its limitless possibilities. It all depends on you.
This beautiful, simple art has made a significant difference in the lives of my clients and my own.
